In previous lessons students learned how to write chemical formulas and names for ionic compounds. In this video, students are reviewing those skills. Students are given a set of foam cubes. They roll the cubes and write the correct formula and name for the ionic compound that they rolled. I differentiate this review activity by creating multiple sets of foam cubes at different levels of difficulty. – Amy Jensen
